I love the songs I sing - but I also enjoy other styles. I’ve always admired Richard Marx, who had several hits in the 1980’s / 90’s. He is now recording and producing other artists. He’s written some great songs - my favourite cd of his is his 1997 “Flesh and Bone”.
Our record collection includes White Snake, ZZ Top, Placido Domingo, Wham, Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Tom Jones, Jack Jones, Russell Watson, The Beatles, The Carpenters, Shirley Bassey and The Walker Brothers to name but a few. Quite a diverse selection I am sure you will agree!

Our Grandson Matthew sings in a rock band called Bad Amplitude. Bill and I love watching them perform. Matthew recently told me of a singer who was on “American Idol” in 2009 - Adam Lambert. His vocal range is unbelievable! Whether singing hard rock or a soft ballad, he’s fantastic! His recent collaboration with Queen was amazing - I defy anyone not to be moved when he sings “Who Wants To Live Forever”. He really did Freddie Mercury proud, performing those great Queen songs.
